Meeting Minutes: 1/9/13

Opening:
summary: with the blessings of John Rhya I become the recorder.

• Lucas Rhya proposes we elect a recorder
  Zayne Rhya disagrees, Alpha agrees.
  Zayn Rhya asks who I am, with Alpha's blessing, I respond
  Alpha states I'm in the meeting to help him, mentions the Philodox council and confirms to Lucas Rhya that I'm prospecting (must ask Alpha what that means)
  Zayne Rhya expresses annoyance at speaking with two philodox before asking if any take the job of recorder.
  I take the job, as Alpha suggests. Zayne Rhya congratulates.

Seals:
summary: Of 7 total seals we have 1. We know where 1 more is. We have rumors of where 2 more are and 3 remain lost. If Wyrm gets any of them we “lose.” Ev knows where 1 is, but is very pregnant.

• Zayn Rhya asks “where are we with that?” about the seals the “things to use against Lillith” He also implies everyone's forgotten about it. Others respond negatively to implication.
  Emmerson joins the group, arguments happen.

  • We have 7 seals to find against Lilith
    one of em is done
    6 more out there
    we know about 3 more
    3 remain a mystery
  
  Emerson mentions lack of shroud and need for secrecy in the meeting
  Alpha:
  
  • Eva knows about the candle. She knows where it is.
    He and Clay went to Bridgehold and confirmed the information
    Knows rumors of the other 2's location
    We don't want Ev going out pregnant
  
  Zayne Rhya wants to know the location of at least one seal
  Alpha suggests research and asking Ev. Implies he knows the location.
  Zayne Rhya asks if others are looking for it.
  They argue again
  Alpha:
  
  • The spirals are moving like we are
    If they get more seals than we do, we lose
  
  Fred Rhya
  
  • “If they get ONE . . . we lose”
    Hunters . . . are temporarily off our back
    Eva stalled the others hunting for the first seal

Shroud
Summary: Stuff has happened I do not know about. This is about that and a shroud.

• Alpha mentions shroud is almost complete
  Emerson mentions obtaining rig to protect children
  John Rhya mentioned time one of us “was murdered whilst the Few walked through the shroud”
  Emerson and John spoke of cleansing “her?” now that she is not expecting

Meeting Structure
Summary: For meetings - Alpha is Chairperson, Zayn Rhya is VP, Freddy Rhya is Seargent/Quartermaster, Lucas Rhya is Secretary and assistant Seargent/Quartermaster, Heimdall Yuff is Minute Recorder, Emerson is Intelligence.

• Lucas rhya asks for structure
  1st- one person should be chair, he suggests the alpha as chair should have sept information on topics in their mind at all time.
  Deadlines and person who enforces deadlines
  Alpha accepts chair role, requests
  VP, Secretary, Sergeant at arms, roles filled by those with sept positions
  Zayne Rhya offers to be VP and Lucus Rhya agrees
  suggests Freddy as Sergeant at arms
  Lucas Rhya sugguests everyone takes turns speaking
  those who want to add, ask alpha for permission
  Alpha rules meeting
  Freddy Rhya shares quartermaster/Seargent with Lucas Rhya since he likes guns
  Lucas Rhya is secretary
  Heimdall Yuff records minutes
  Emerson intelligence
  Intelligence collects information from those returning from missions
  clears paths for the sept to move
  VP acts as alpha in meeting when alpha isn't around
  VP and alpha discuss things in private

Hunter/Kin
Summary: Emerson is Hunter voice on council. Freeloaders (Kwahu?) are to leave

• Ev, Rory and Emerson went through same thing. Emerson is hunter, so is (alpha's daughter) Eva Mahn and Kwahu Qualetaqa
  Alpha declares Emerson hunter voice on council, he'll speak with Eva and Kwahu
  Vote taken to keep Emerson as Kin Alpha. Council votes nay. He remains voice of hunters
  Zayne Rhya says kin are kin
  Lucas Rhya say hunters are different. More dangerous, deserve stronger voice
  Kwahu is a freeloader
  Vote happens. Emerson is officially voice of the hunters
  Freeloaders are to leave. Emerson mentions posting announcement, extending membership to those who want it.
  Lucas Rhya sees something that angers him, leaves the tent
  Meeting ends.
